 A Power BI developer's primary tasks and responsibilities are as follows:

·        Practical knowledge of Power BI and Power Tools.

·        Create Analysis Services reporting models.

·        Create visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards with Power BI desktop.

·        The Business Intelligence process includes connecting to data sources, importing data, and converting data.

·        Converting data into valuable visualizations and reports necessitates analytical thinking.

·       Implement row-level data security in Power BI and understand application security layer concepts.

·        Run DAX queries on the Power BI desktop.

·        Use advanced level computations on the data set.

·        Design and project documentation methodology.

·        Create warehouse-compatible tabular and multidimensional models.

Power BI reports can be created, published, and scheduled according to business needs.

 

Understanding business requirements and designing data models to meet them while maintaining resource management Expertise and experience in prototyping, design and requirement analysis are essential. Secondary technologies such as Microsoft Azure, SQL data warehouse, PolyBase, Visual Studio, and others are essential.
